Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors. Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do I need to return damaged items?
In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We will review your photos and advise you on next steps.

What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows an issue or your package does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and typically take 5 to 10 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
